TRACK & TRACE

For actual positions of your trailers, trailers or roll cages.

The Trackware® Track & Trace systems uses GPS for positioning. If the GPS signal is weak, the system automatically switches to location information through GPRS. Depending on the available power source, the tracker sends it's position conform intervals managed by user's themselves.

In addition to the position additional measurement data can be collected and transmitted. Examples include: temperature, pressure, humidity, or the presence or absence of an object. If the tracker is battery operated, is also sends the status of the battery.

All data are stored on our Trackware® servers and are available through an Internet connection. Or the data is stored directly on the server of your one company server so that you have direct access to all your data.

SENSORS

Besides actual position, data can be collected through sensors. Examples of (standard) sensors are:

Icon blue                        Icon blue                        Icon blue                        Icon blue

 Temperature                  Humidity                           CO2                        Acceleration

        Tilt                                 Light                            On/off                      Open/closed

If the tracker is battery operated, is also sents the status of battery.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Except that you have the current position and status of your assets, it's also possible to retrieve and display the date in a report for example based on zip code.

Our system has the ability to inform the user about specific signals:

Geofencing: the tracker detects the entry of a region defined by the user
Geofencing: the tracker detects leaving an area defined by the user
Geofencing: the tracker detects leaving Netherlands
A measured value exceeds a user-defined value
Presence or absence of a signal on the tracker
The battery charge drops below a set value
For each signal, the user can specify how an event is processed (SMS, email, log), and in the case of email or SMS, to whom it should be sent. This can be sent to several users c.q. receivers.

Real-time asset tracking is tailored to specific customer requirements. Consider, for example also tracking and optimizing the use of reusable transport items (RTI's) such as pallets, crates, trolleys etc.

Case study 1: Trailers

A trailer rental wants to know the actual position of the different types of trailers. The built-in tracker, positioned on the trailer, is equipped with a battery, which is charging with the use of the trailer.

Case Study 2: Cable Reels

A supplier of cables wants to know where his reels are and if there there is any cable left on the reel. If no cable is detected on the reel, an event is automatically generated and the supplier receives a message that this specific reel can be picked up at the corresponding address.

Case study 3: Material Handling

In order to increase the efficiency of loading and unloading processes, it is possible to use GeoFencing to increase the efficiency of these processes. If the logistics department receives a message 10 minutes before arrival that the truck is to be expected, several operations can be performed in preparation for loading and unloading. It can also be retrieved afterwards how much time the loading and unloading process at a specific loading place took (or for example: determine averages).
